A Message from the FOR Club -- UPDATED
In the month of September, the FOR club will be raising awareness for both Childhood Cancer and Leukemia. During all Friday lunch shifts in September, students can buy Leukemia Awareness magnets to either put in their locker or bring home for their refrigerator. The magnets are $2.00 each. Students and parents can also donate money if they do not want a magnet. All proceeds will be sent to the Leukemia Research Foundation. Also, in September GPMS will be participating in Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. During PE classes, students will be able to pledge to walk a mile (4 laps around the track) or more to help reach the goal of one million miles walked! Our school walk will be Monday, September 29. Please wear yellow to support this cause. This link is to our school team. Feel free to join our team and log some miles in. We will also be selling lemonade at all home track meets which will be 9/23, 9/30, 10/17, and 10/21. All proceeds will be sent to Alex's Lemonade Stand  Foundation. Help support these great causes!
Wanted: Your old musical instruments!
Unload those old band and orchestra instruments gathering dust in your attic and know that you've helped the students of Graham Park! Instruments do not have to be in top playing condition and will receive a tax write-off for the donation. Please contact Ms. Fessner (fessnecj@pwcs.edu) or Ms. Martino (martinokx@pwcs.edu) for more information.
